Forms ornamental bows for hair or dress wear, by hand: Winds
length of ribbon on rack to form bows. Cuts ribbon into sections
with scissors and ties folds tgoether at middle with twine to
form bow.
Inserts bobby pin or safety pin thruogh twine, and
removes bows from rack.
Arranges artificial flower or lace
medallion on bow as specified, and ties them together with twine
or ribbon.
May sew comb attacmhent to middle section of
underside of bow, using needle and thread.
